I want you to know that healing is possible--it does not have to be like this. 

I’ll start off by hearing your story and walking you through a set of questions that help me understand your therapy goals.  Depending on your goals, I will suggest the best treatment approach, perhaps a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), clinical hypnosis, and talk therapy.  EMDR is a powerful method to reprocess and reduce traumatic memories and the high-intensity emotions they trigger and combining it with hypnosis can produce a more powerful effect.  My clients often see significant improvement within two months of starting therapy.  

I am part of the team at Cultivate Therapy.  I offer in-person sessions at our Jersey City office and provide Telehealth sessions for clients residing in NYC, NY, and NJ.
